Production and delivery

Kells Clothing T-shirts are produced after an order is placed. Production time is separate from shipping time. The delivery estimate displayed at checkout or in your order confirmation combines expected production and transit time where available.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay. This does not limit your mandatory rights regarding late or failed delivery.

Shipping destinations

We serve the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other destinations where reliable fulfilment and delivery are available. A destination is supported only when a shipping method and price are shown at checkout.

Shipping charges and tracking

Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery dates are calculated for your delivery address and shown before payment. Any free-shipping promotion applies only when its eligibility is confirmed at checkout. Tracking is provided where the selected shipping method supports it. A tracking link normally becomes active after production is complete and the parcel has shipped; not every shipping method includes tracking.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, contact support@kellsclothing.com immediately. Production may begin quickly, so we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after ordering.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, rejection or failure to collect it, we will review the carrier and production information and explain the available options and any reasonable new shipping or production cost before arranging a replacement.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact support@kellsclothing.com as soon as possible if tracking appears stalled, a parcel is missing or a package arrives damaged. Include your order number and, for damage, clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, duties or carrier handling charges unless checkout states that these are included. Any known charges collected by the store will be shown before payment.
