Scope

These terms apply to purchases made through the Kells Clothing online store. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Products

Kells Clothing sells unisex T-shirts featuring original designs. Products are produced through a production partner after an order is placed. Product pages describe the available garment colours, sizes, design placement, materials, care instructions and price.

Screens display colours differently and small variations may occur in textile and printing processes. This does not limit your rights where a product is faulty or does not match its description.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for the applicable market. For EU consumer sales, displayed prices include applicable VAT where required. Shipping charges and any other unavoidable costs will be shown before you confirm payment.

The payment methods available at checkout are provided by Shopify and connected payment providers. An order is accepted when we send confirmation of acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable production, suspected fraud, a clear pricing error or an unlawful delivery destination, and will refund any amount paid where required.

Production and delivery

Products normally enter production soon after an order is accepted. Delivery destinations, methods, charges and estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Kells Clothing remains responsible to the consumer for fulfilment even when a platform, production partner or carrier performs part of the service.

Returns, withdrawal and faulty goods

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. It explains the EU/EEA right of withdrawal, return costs and remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a mandatory legal guarantee or consumer remedy.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate order and delivery information, use the store lawfully and avoid conduct that harms the store or other users. Please consult the size guide and care instructions before use.

Intellectual property

The Kells Clothing name, branding, site design, product artwork, photographs and written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Buying a product does not transfer rights to reproduce, distribute or commercially use the artwork or brand assets.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that limitation, Kells Clothing is not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside its reasonable control or by a customer's unlawful or incorrect use of the store or product.

Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable cookie settings.

Complaints

Submit complaints to support@kellsclothing.com with your order number and relevant details. We will acknowledge and handle complaints within a reasonable time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice does not remove any mandatory protections granted by the law of your country. Any dispute forum or jurisdiction must respect mandatory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders when the store, services or legal requirements change. The version applying to an order is the version made available when that order is placed.
